Isabelle Caro died on the 17 November 2010 she was a French model and actress from Marseille, France, who became well known after appearing in a controversial advertising campaign "No Anorexia" which showed Caro with vertebrae and facial bones showing under her
skin in a picture by photographer Oliviero Toscani who is never far from controversy, the acclaimed photographer shot to notoriety with his use of shock images for a series of campaigns
The campaign photos shown above show her being exposed, this was to show how it affects her body looking at the photos does put on to prospect of how bad anorexia is.
