My last idea for my circular narrative is reading a book on a table this idea was more for fun idea because I wanted to have the characters come out from the book as it was being read. I chose 'Alice in Wonderland' because it was one of the most well known children's story's. I also liked the illustrations by John Tenniel so doing this idea will be a lot of fun. I thought it would be a good idea since within the narrative I would be telling a story though a book.
John Tenniel
Tenniel’s fame comes specifically from his work as the illustrator of Alice. To establish his place within the Alice canon, Tenniel drew ninety-two drawings for Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (London: Macmillan, 1865) and Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There (London: Macmillan, 1871).
I like John Tenniel's illustrations because of how much details you can in them, with the strong shading that makes it so detailed. also how surreal some of the Alice in Wonderland illustration are it also adds how odd the story is itself.
My Images
The image s above are ideas for my beginning and the end of my circular narrative. I want to show different angle of the book to see which one would work, I would have to be able to see the book and what would come out of it, the top left image would not work because I would not be able to see the illustrations in the book.
To be honest I did not put to much thought it to the surroundings, the table clove seems to be too much of a distraction, so if I do this narrative I would have to make sure that their is nothing that will distracted the viewer from what is happening in the images that is why the image are in black and white.
